L. DILLARD Well known citizen of County Line is called to Last Rewards Charles L. Dillard, one of the county's best known citizen died at his home in County Line Community on March 11th. Mr. Dillard was sixty three years of age and was well known as a progressive farmer of his section. Funeral services were held at Omer Church on the thirteenth. The funeral was conducted by Rev. Clifford Foster of Winder Christian Church. Mr. Dillard is survived by four sons, Moses, Willie, Lonnie and Otis; three daughters, Mrs. Susan McElhannon, Mrs. America McElhannon and Mrs. Rosa Austin all of Winder, RFD. Two brothers, W. M. Dillard of Tucker and Richard Dillard of Ben Hill also survive as well as three sisters, Mrs. R. L. Sharpton, Mrs. W. E. Roberts both of Winder and Mrs. W. H. Manning of Louisville, Georgia.
