William Manning
   Bethlehem - William S. Manning, 82, died Wednesday, Aug 27.
   The funeral was to be today at 2 p.m. at the chapel of Wise Funeral Home with
the Rev. Jack Segars officiating.  Burial was to be in Bethany Presbyterian
Church Cemetery, Siloam.
   Survivors include a sister, Mrs. America Beasley, Atlanta; and several nieces
and nephews.
