Miss Pentecost was fifty-eight years of age and was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Pentecost members of a well known and most respected family of this part of the state. She had spent her entire life in the Cedar Hill community and was esteemed by a large circle of friends and acquaintances. She was a loyal and devoted member of the Nazareth Methodist Church and was active in all those community efforts that mean much to church people. Funeral services will be held from Nazareth Methodist Church on Friday morning at eleven o'clock and will be conducted by Rev. R. E. Lyle the pastor. Interment will be in the churchyard cemetery with the Sammons Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Miss Pentecost is survived by one sister, Mrs. E. A. Parker of Winder, one sister-in-law Mrs. W. R. Pentecost of Sparta and by several nieces and nephews and by a host of close friends.
