The Georgia Enterprise
  John Dayton Creswell was murdered in his own yard in Bartow county last 
Saturday night, by a Swede named Conrad, whom he had employed to clean out a 
well for which he refused to pay until it had been tested. Conrad escaped, but
was afterward captured and imprisoned in Floyd county.
