MORTUARY.

Cartersville, Ga., September 28-
Mrs. Mary A. Neel died at her home in this city yesterday and the remains were 
buried today.  She had a stroke of paralysis several weeks ago, from which she 
never rallied.  She was the wife of Captain Joseph L. Neel, on of the oldest 
and most esteemed citizens of Cartersville, and the mother of Judge J. M. Neel, 
of this city, Colonel W. J. Neel, of Rome, and J. L. Neel, of Macon.  She was a 
sister of Hon. John W. Swain, of Gordon county.
