ADAMS BURIED TUES. AT OOTHCALOGA Funeral services for James C. Adams, 79, well known Adairsville resident, were conducted Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock from the Oothcaloga Baptist Church with interment in the church cemetery. The Rev. Willie Wilson and Rev. J.W. Temes officiated with Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville, in charge of arrangements. Mr. Adams passed away suddenly at his home on Cherry Street Sunday. He had been in declining health for several months. He is survived by his wife, the former Laura Belle Davis; four sons; George, of Magna Utah, Neal, Clayton, and Edward, all of Rome; two step-daughters, Mrs. Charlie Marion, of Atlanta, and Mrs. James McCollum as well as a number of nieces and nephews and grandchildren.
