I Margaret Mooney of said state Cass County and county being of advanced age, but of sound disposing proper mind and memory knowing that I must shortly depart this life deem it right and that I should make a disposition of the property with which a kind providence has blessed me. I do therefore make this my last will and testament hereby revoking and annulling all others by me heretofore made. First: I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christian like manner. My soul I trust shall return to rest with God who gave it as I hope for salvation through the merits of the blessed Savior Jesus Christ. Second: I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without delay by my Executors hereinafter named and appointed. Third: I desire and direct that 2 suitable solid marble tombstones not worth less than fifty nor more than sixty dollars each or one tomb that lift to their discretion well placed at the head of the grave of my deceased husband, Jacob G. Mooney and at the head of the grave of my own body with the names, dates of the death, and age of each as usual is chiseled with any other additional appropriate inscription that my Executor may desire. Forth: That a marble slab worth $25.00 be placed at the head of the grave of my husbands son Columbus Mooney. One worth $15.00 at the head of his daughter Martha Mooney. And one worth $10.00 at the head of his son's Idol (?) Mooney with the dates, age and name on each if said dates can be ascertained. Fifth: I desire and direct that my niece Betty King have / given her one bed and necessary bed clothing for the one bed, four cain bottom chairs and two large picture frames. Sixth: I deside and direct that Margaret Rogers, William Rogers' daughter and my namesake have one bed and bed clothing for one bed. Seventh: Whatever else of my effects may be left after the foregoing specifications are carried out I give to my sister Harriet Miller for her services rendered to me during my last sickness after the actual necessary expenses of carrying out this will shall have been paid. I hereby direct that my real estate and other property not herein set aside specially in this will shall be sold by my Executor at private sale or public out cry after due notice whatever way and time may appear to him to be best to meet the above provisions of this my Will. I desire and appoint my friend Thomas E. McCollum to buy the tombstones mentioned in this my will and that he place and put them up at the graves herein mentioned. I hereby appoint and constitute my friend F. J. Bray Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
