 FITZGERALD- Jesse McMillan, 87, of Fitzgerald died Saturday, Oct. 25, 2008 at 
his residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel 
of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. James Young officiating. Burial will 
follow at Mount Paron Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 
p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Mr. McMillan was born Aug. 4, 1921 in Berrien 
County to Randal McMillan and Alice Luke, both deceased. Along with his parents 
he was preceded in death by two grandchildren. He was a retired property 
leasing manager and member of Mystic Baptist Church. He was an World War II 
Army veteran. Mr. McMillan is survived by his wife, Nancy Janet Stoddard 
McMillan of Fitzgerald; two daughters, Sherry McMillan of Ocilla and Vickie 
Hines of Gainesville, Fla.; two sons, Randy McMillan of Millersville, Md., and 
Timothy McMillan of Fitzgerald; two sisters, Reba Stoddard of Michigan and 
Leola Merrit of Broxton; 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Lovein 
Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
