Maciej Sulkowski 
Mr. Maciej Sulkowski, 43 of Fitzgerald, died Wednesday, February 18, 1998 at 
Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany.
Mr. Sulkowski was born July 1, 1954 in Lodz, Poland, the son of Jerzy and 
Henryka Sulkowski. He was a former truck driver for the Martin-Brower Co. He 
became a U.S. citizen in 1989 and was a member of Central United Methodist 
Church in Fitzgerald.
Survivors include his legal guardian and caregiver, Becky Pryor Anderson of 
Fitzgerald; his parents, Jerzy and Henryka Sulkowski of Lodz, Poland; his son, 
Tomek Sulkowski of Roswell and his brother, Wojcieh Sulkowski of Lodz, Poland.
Funeral services were held Friday, February 20, 1998 at 11 a.m. at Central 
United Methodist Church in Fitzgerald with Dr. Buddy Cooper officiating.
Pallbearers were Jerry Kearley, Jarratt Pryor, Gerald H. Pryor, Jerry Pryor, 
Gibson Pryor and Hideaki Takei. 
Music was provided by soloist, Susan McCord, accompanied by Linda Hall on the 
piano.
	Interment was in Evergreen Cemetery in Fitzgerald.
	Burch- Hudson Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
