Larry Young
Mr. Larry "Festus" Young, 47, of Telfair county, died Sunday, January 4, 1998 
at his residence.
Mr. Young was born October 5, 1950 in Fitzgerald, the son of J.S. and Ada 
Kinnett Young. He had lived in Telfair county for the past 3 years, moving from 
Fitzgerald. He was a retired employee of Modern Fibers in Fitzgerald and 
attended New Bethel Holiness Baptist Church in Ben Hill county.
Survivors include one brother, Clinton Young of Wray; four sisters Hazel Smith 
of Douglas, Margaret Ring and Latrelle Dickens, both of Ocilla and Wanda 
McCurdy of Arabi; his fiancee', Mattie L. McCrimmon of Telfair county.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Janie Sue Horn.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, January 6, 1998 at 2 p.m. at Paulk Funeral 
Home Chapel in Fitzgerald with Rev. Kenneth Mathews officiating.
	Interment was in New Bethel Cemetery in Ben Hill county.
	Paulk Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
