Tucker Mr. W.B. Tucker of Fitzgerald, died Saturday, January 3, 1998 at Fitzgerald Nursing Home. He was 80. Mr. Tucker was born September 15, 1917 in Evans county, the son of Erastus and Fannie Barrow Tucker. He had lived in Fitzgerald for the past 40 years,was a former employee of Rainbow Irrigation in Fitzgerald and was retired employee of the City of Fitzgerald. He served in WW \ II in the V.S Army. Survivors include his wife, Ouida T. Tucker of Fitzgerald; four daughters, Zelna Seagroves, Sandra Singletary ,Shirley Dobbins and Cindy Tucker, all of Fitzgerald; three sons, Larry Tucker of Lake City, FL, Marvin McKie of Summerville, SC and Mike Tucker, U.S. Navy; 19 grandchildren; 15 great- grandchildren; two brothers, J.C. Tucker of Ellabelle and Wilton Tucker of Guyton and one sister, Ruby Carter of ElIabelle. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 7 at 11 a.m. at Paulk Funeral Home Chapel in Fitzgerald with Rev. Earlie Holt officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Fitzgerald.
