J.C. Bussell 

Mr. J. C. Bussell of Fitzgerald, died Saturday, June 6, 1998 at Phoebe Putney 
Hospital, Albany. He was 58.
Mr. Bussell was born July 13, 1939 in Irwin County, the son of Earnest and 
Gladys Bussell. He was Night
Supervisor at Elixir Industries, Fitzgerald. He had lived in the community most 
of his life. He was a former employee of G&LSteel for 25 years and 10 years at 
Elixir, Douglas. He was a member of the Fitzgerald Racing Pigeon Club. Mr. 
Bussell was a member of Baptist Tabernacle, Fitzgerald.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Bussell, Fitzgerald; one son, Michael Bussell; 
three daughters, Jean Fulford and Donna Handley of Fitzgerald and Crystal Davis 
of Douglas; one step-son, Billy Andaverde of Fitzgerald; two step-daughters, 
Judy Browning and Tina Shealy of Fitzgerald; 11 grandchildren; his mother, 
Gladys Bussell of Mystic; two brothers, Ronald Bussell of Mystic and Billy 
Bussell of Wrightsville; two sisters, Carolyn Willingham of Mystic and Cheryl 
Amaday of Fernadina Beach, FL.
Services were held Wednesday, June 10, 1998 at 2:00 p.m.,at Christian 
Tabernacle, Fitzgerald with Rev. Earlie Holt officiating.
	Interment was held at Mystic Cemetery, Mystic.
Paulk Funeral Home, Fitzgerald was in charge of arrangements
