L. D. During
Mr. L. D. During of Fitzgerald, died Friday, June 5, 1998 at Osceola Nursing 
Home. He was 77.		
Mr. During was born  March 	11, 1921 in Coffee County, the son of Loyd and 
Sallie During.
IHe was retired owner and operator of During Appliances, Fitzgerald. Mr. During 
was a member of Northside Baptist  Church in Fitzgerald.	
He is survived by his wife Margaret During of Fitzgerald; three sons, Donald 
During of Fitzgerald, Lavon During of Ocilla and Johnny During of Gainesville; 
three daughters, Myra Register of Jacksonville, Dianne Studle of Buford and 
Peggy Martin of Ocilla; nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Services were held Monday, June 8, 1998, at 4:00 p.m. at Paulk Funeral Home 
Chapel, Fitzgerald.
Interment was held at Evergreen Cemetery, Fitzgerald.
Paulk Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
