 Madie Alexander, 86, of the West Berrien Community died December 5, 2012 at th
the Fellowship Home.
 She was born April 28,1926 in Lanier County to the late Jessie Harrell and the l
late Lennie Guthrie. She was the widow of John Alexander who died in 2012, and w
was also preceded in death by her first husband, Claude Parker, who died in 1
1975; son, Billy Claude Parker; five brothers; and five sisters.
 She is survived by her daughter, Betty (James) Baker of West Berrien; two 
grandchildren, Julie (Col. Charles) Tomko of West Berrien and Col. James 
(Dianne) Baker of Fort Hood, TX; four great-grandchildren, Brian Baker, Ryan To
Tomko, Ericka Baker, and Tyler Tomko.
 A graveside funeral service was held on December 7 at 11 a.m. in Vickers C
Cemetery with the Rev. Ronnie Lawson officiating.
 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
