 NASHVILLE -- Agnes Allen, 88, of Nashville died Oct. 16, 2003 at Berrien 
County Hospital.
 Born Jan. 16, 1915 in Franklin Co., FL to the late William Marion and Cecelia 
Miller Briggs, she was a homemaker and member of Nashville United Methodist 
Church. She was married to the late Little Buren "Dart" Allen.
 Survivors include one daughter, Cheryl Allen of Nashville; one son, William 
Buren Allen of Hilton Head Island, SC; five grandchildren, one great 
grandchild.
 Funeral services were held Oct. 20 at 11 a.m. at Nashville United Methodist 
Church with Rev. Bill Dupree officiating. Laurie Carter sang "You'll never 
Walk Along" and "The Sound of Music" accompanied by Thomas Clayton.
 Interment was in Westview Cemetery.
   Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
