 Kenneth Wayne "Billy" Allen, 72, of Alapaha died Saturday, May 2, 2009 at his re
residence. He was born on October 6, 1936 in Kilpatrick County, Ala. to the la
late Robert and Jewell Allen. 
He is survived by his companion: Marietta Clements of Alapaha; three daughters: D
Diane (Robert) Webb of Bacliff, Texas; Judy (Doug) Stratton of Martin, Mich.; B
Beth (Allan) Roberts of Nashville; son: Zane (Kim) Allen of Bainbridge; three s
sisters: Nelma Jo Pressley of Albany, Angelene Allen of Nashville; Dot Chaney o
of Lake Park; brother: Henry Allen of Foster, Jalissa and Jared Stratton, Tyler a
and Seth Allen and 17 great grandchildren. 
He was preceded in death by one sister: Mary Ruth Goodman, and two brothers: 
Robert G. and Johnny Hugh Allen. He was a retired diesel mechanic and an avid 
fisherman. His family will honor his request for cremation. A memorial service 
will be held Tuesday, May 12, 2009 at 4 p.m. in the Hope Baptist Church in 
Nashville.  Music Funeral Home of Lakeland was in charge of arrangements.
