 Curtis Ray Beck, Sr., 66, of Dublin died May 11, 2014, at his residence.
 He was born November 20, 1947, in Nashville to the late Curtis and Ima Jean 
Beck. He served our country in the United States Army, serving in Korea. He was 
employed with Dish Network as a manager and installer/technician. His passion 
for fishing was beyond measure. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in 
death by his son, Curtis Ray Beck, Jr., infant granddaughter and his 
grandparents, Glover and Ollie Beck and Henry and Ruby Ray.
 Survivors include his wife, Candy Beck, Hahira; sons, Logan Beck of Kingsland 
and Andy Beck of Lawrenceburg, TN; stepsons, Austin Bodiford of Hahira and Tyler 
Brown of Savannah; stepdaughter, Jessica Christian of Savannah; grandchildren, 
Courtney Beck and Austin Beck of Lawrenceburg, Crystal Nichols of Valdosta, 
Kayla Beck of Jacksonville, Clint Beck and Preston Beck of Tifton, Megan Beck of 
Lawrenceburg, step-grandson, Brayden Christian of Savannah; sister, Linda Beck 
McGlamery of Nashville; brother, Tony Beck of Austin, TX; several nieces, 
nephews and extended family members.
 Funeral services were held May 16 at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Ray 
City with burial at Beaver Dam Cemetery.
 Music Funeral Services of Lakeland was in charge of arrangements.
