 Mary Bennett, 66, of Nashville died June 16, 2004 at her residence.

 Born May 11, 1938 in Cook County to the late Samuel L. and Fannie Cleon 
Touchton Martin, she was a homemaker and member of Nashville Church of Christ. 
She was married to the late Calvin C. Bennett.

 Survivors include three daughters, Cheryl Bennett and Donna Smith, both of 
Nashville, Debra Bennett of Quitman; one son, Mike Bennett of Adel; one sister, 
Betty Nolan of Adel; six brothers, Lamar Bennett, Billy Martin, Leonard Martin, 
all of Adel, Laurrine Martin of August, ME, Jake Martin of Quitman, Mickey 
Martin of Tifton; eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.

 Funeral services were held June 19 at 4 p.m. in the chapel of Lovein Funeral 
Home with Rev. Wallace Montgomery officiating. The congregation sang "Amazing 
Grace," "Rock of Ages," and "Farther Along," led by David Abbot.

 Interment was in Pine Grove Cemetery.

 Pallbearers were Doug Martin, Bryan Martin, Jason Nolan, Derry Hewitt, Danny 
Bennett, Eric Martin, Jamie Martin, David Montgomery.

 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
