 Kenneth W. Bennett, 77, of Jackson died January 9, 2005 at Hilltop Nursing 
Center in Forsyth.
 Born October 1, 1927 in Berrien County to the late Jerry Carter and Mary Etna 
Eunise Bennett, he was a retired store manager with Big Star Foods and was of 
the Baptist faith. He was an Army veteran of WWII and Korea and was a Mason, 
affiliated with Forest Park Lodge #399. He was married to the late Geneva Luke 
Bennett.
 Survivors include daughter, Patricia Burton of Jackson; granddaughter, two 
great-grandsons.
 A graveside service was held January 12 at 11 a.m. at Bennett Family Cemetery 
with Masonic grave rites.
 Selected family members served as pallbearers.
 lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangments.
