Booth Mrs. Ruth Hazel Booth, 87, died Friday, April 23, 2004 at the residence of her son in Montgomery, Ala. She was born in Berrien County, Ga. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of San Mateo and was a former resident of San Mateo. Henry C. Booth, her husband of over 50 years, preceded her in death. Two sons and daughters-in-law: David and Donna Booth of Sorrento, B.C., Canada and John and Linda Booth of Montgomery survive her. She is also survived by one grandson and wife: Paul and Susanne Booth of Savannah, Ga. and one granddaughter: Jennifer Booth of Montgomery; three great grandchildren: Hunter Booth, Ethan Hey, and Madison Booth; one brother: J.W. Temples; and one sister: Elizabeth Suggs, both of Ray City, Ga. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made in her memory to the General Fund of First Baptist Church of San Mateo, P.O. Box 56, San Mateo, FL 32187 or to the charity of your choice. No calling hours are scheduled. Graveside funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 27 at the Evergreen Cemetery in Jacksonville with Rev. Leroy Lewis officiating.
