 Martha Melinda Boyd, 42, of Nashville died Jan. 20, 2008 at Tift Regional 
Medical Center.
 Born Oct. 6, 1965 in Dade County, FL to Beatrice Parrish Goodwin of Lacoochee, 
FL and the late Chester Carter Goodwin, she was a homemaker and convenience 
store cashier with Flash Foods.
 Survivors, in addition to her mother, include her husband, Winston Boyd of 
Nashville; two daughters, Jackquelyn Boyd and Maranda Boyd, both of Nashville; 
three sisters, Terry Roberts and Johanna Fugate, both of Lacoochee, Tina Hall 
of Zephyrhills, FL; two brothers, Hank Goodwin of Lacoochee and Chester 
Goodwin, Jr. of Dade City, FL.
 A graveside service was held Jan. 23 at 11 a.m. at Nashville Memorial Gardens 
with Rev. Jim Williams officiating. Appropriate music was provided.
 Selected family members served as pallbearers.
 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
