Born March 28, 1930 in Berrien County to the late Will Bracewell and Oppie Lee Howell Bracewell, he was a retired farmer, mechanic and auto salvage yard operator. His residence was in Alapaha, Ga. He is survived by a son: Sandy Bracewell, Enigma; three daughters, Deborah McCorvey, Nashville, Donna Whitley, Tifton, Darlene (Dave) Dillingham, Alapaha; a sister: Rose Wright, Nashville; 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Diane Bracewell, and a son-in-law, Donald M McCorvey. Services will be held Monday, December 28, 2009 at 11 a.m. in the c chapel of Lovein Funeral Home, the Rev. Bobby Fussell and Rev. Freddie Stone o officiating. Wayne and Mary Nell Boyette sang "Daddy's Hands," "Come Thou F Fount" and "There's Just Something About That name." Interment will follow in t the Long bridge Cemetery. Pallbearers were Steven Skinner, Kent Beam,III, Dave Dillingham, Chad Clanton, Jo Joseph Pritchett, Michael Rowan. Honorary pallbearers were P.H. Danforth, Julian Giddens, Buddy Gaskins, Terry H Hughes, Junior Luke, Marvin McCorvey, Donald Harnage. Visitation is Sunday, 7 - 9 p.m. at Lovein Funeral Home in Nashville.
