Born May 20, 1930, in Berrien County to the late John and Alice Grimes Bryan, s she was a homemaker and retired seamstress with Nashville Textile. Survivors include her husband, A.J. Bristol of Nashville; four daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and Horace Williams of Adel, Betty and Donald Royals, Ree and Kim Miller, all of Nashville, and Nell and Danny Guess of Gainesville; four sons and two daughters-in-law, Jeff Bristol, Walt and Tina Bristol, Bill and Debbie Bristol all of Nashville, Donald Bristol of Ocilla; six grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held August 29 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Lovein Funeral Home Home with the Revs. Mickey Lindsey, Gary James and Aaron Clanton officiating. Beck Becky and Deidra Warren sang "Winner Either Way," "I'm So Glad He Found Me," and and "Beulah Land," accompanied by Bill Bristol on guitar. Interment was in Westview Cemetery. Pallbearers were Jeff Dorsey, Doug Gaskins, Stacy Bristol, Brad Bristol, Eddie Gu Guess, John Allchin, James Walker. Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
