Born Nov. 23, 1944, in Fayette County, AL to the late Amon Lee and Ila Ozela B Bowen Bruner, she was also a homemaker and retired machinist with Bold Chemical C Co. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Robin Gaskins and Ray Dennis o of Marbury, AL and Emily Ann and Randy Mullis of Tifton; sisters, Kay Bruner a and Gertrude Walker both of Tifton; six grandchildren, three great g grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister. A graveside service was held March 25 at 11 a.m. at Lenox City Cemetery with the Revs. Terry Bruner and Chad Hall officiating. “Serenaded by Angels” was played on CD and Robin Dennis sang “Go Rest High on That Mountain.” Active pallbearers were Carl Taylor, Andy Bruner, Don Bruner, Tony Bruner, Tim Brun Bruner, Buck Peacock. Honorary pallbearers were Johnny Walker, Dell Mullins, Todd Barker, Lee Kim Kimbrell. Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of funeral arrangements.
