 Aimee R. Burgess, 53, of the West Berrien Community died February 2, 2013, at 
her residence.
 She was born October 8, 1959, to Ronald H. and SandraSu Walker of West 
Berrien. Mrs. Burgess was a substitute teacher with the Berrien County School 
System and was a member of Abundant Life Assembly of God Church in Nashville 
and the Union County SC Historical Society.
 In addition to her parents, survivors include her husband, Carey Dennis 
Burgess of West Berrien; four sons, Michael Burgess and James Burgess, both of 
Nashville, Kevin Burgess of Tifton, and Brian Burgess of Tyler, TX; two 
brothers and sister-in-law, John Walker of Jacksonville, FL and Tim and Rebecca 
Walker of Nashville; sister and brother-in-law, Ronnie Sue and Steve Parry of 
Sparks; two grandchildren, Christian Lane Burgess and Preston Burgess.
 A memorial service was held February 9 at 2 p.m. at Abundant Life Assembly of 
God with Pastor Raymond Cason officiating.
 Purvis Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
