 NASHVILLE -- Dorothy Bush, 80, Nashville, passed away July 15, 1998, at 
Heritage House Nursing Home. She was born Aug. 7, 1917 in Berrien County to 
Billy Barber and Flossie Willis. She was a homemaker, a retired dietitian for 
Berrien County Hospital and a member of Vickers Holiness Baptist Church.
 She is survived by three daughters, Joyce Carlson, San Antonio, TX, Grace 
Chapman, Greer, SC, Ann Swanson, Hilliard, FL; one son, William Bush, Sparks; 
one sister, Merle Bartel, Snowhomish, WA; two brothers, Virgil Barber and L.A. 
Barber, Nashville; 14 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
 Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Vickers Holiness Baptist 
Church. The Rev. Fred Hesters will officiate. Interment will follow in Vickers 
Cemetery. Visitation is after 5 p.m. today with the family receiving friends 
from 7-9 p.m.
 Lovein Funeral Home, Nashville, is serving the Bush family.
