Fourteen Year Old Boy Died in Adel Hospital
	Tommie Carroll, 14 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Pete Carroll of Atlanta, 
who was residing with Mr. and Mrs. Pat Carroll here in Nashville and a student 
in the Nashville schools, died last Sunday morning in the Adel hospital 
following an appendix operation the evening before.
	The young man was stricken with appendicitis Saturday morning, December 
28, and was immediately rushed the Adel hospital where an operation was 
performed late the same day. The death came as a shock to students of the local 
school as the boy was well liked by fellow students.
	The body was carried to Atlanta Sunday night where it will be kept until 
April 28, the time of the official funeral services and burial.  The deceased, 
parents and relatives are members of the Catholic faith, and delaying of the 
services is a custom of the church, it is understoo.
