 James David Coleman, 59, of Lake Park, died March 14, 2014, at the VA Medical 
Center in Gainesville, FL.
 He was born September 1, 1954, in Bolivar County, MS to the late J.D. and Ethel 
Pauline Lucas Coleman. He was a retired Supply Sergeant with the United States 
Army with 24 years of service and was of the Baptist faith.
 He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Mae Hightower Coleman of Lake Park; son, 
William Shane (Lori) Coleman of Lake Village, AR; three daughters, Meachell 
(Ricky) Coleman Adaams-Trimm of Nashville, Paula Lenora (Tommy) Sullivan of 
Tifton and Kathleen (Adam) Smith of Lake Park; two sisters, Janice O’Berry and 
Wanda Blackmore, both of Nashville; 13 grandchildren and four great 
grandchildren.
 Funeral services were held March 20 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral 
Home. 
 Interment followed at Long Bridge Cemetery with military honors.
 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
