 Archie Lee Collins, 69, of Nashville died May 15, 2010, at Langdale Hospice 
House.
 Born August 12, 1940, in Candler County to the late Ollie and Irene Screws 
Collins, he was a retired insurance sales representative with Jackson 
National Life. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Ray City.
 Survivors include his wife, Betty Harper Collins of Nashville; three 
daughters, Kim Bacon of Portland, OR; Debbie (Luis) Leal of Houston, TX and 
Diana Hood of Savannah; step-son, William (Donna) Barker of Ray City; step-
daughter, Lora (Mike) Davis of Tallahassee, FL; two brothers, O.C. Collins 
of Newnan and Earl Collins of Lyons; 10 grandchildren; three great 
grandchildren.
 Funeral services were held May 18 at 10 a.m. in the chapel of Lovein 
Funeral Home with the Rev. John Evans Patten officiating. "Amazing Grace" 
was played on CD.
 Interment was in Cool Springs Cemetery near Metter at 3 p.m.
 Members of his Sunday School class served as honorary pallbearers.
 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
