Born in Alexandria, VA to the late Harry West Sr. and Grace Butcher Conard, he had lived in Alexandria all of his life until moving to Nashville ten years ago. In Alexandria he owned the C&S Music Company, was a 32nd Degree Mason, a devoted husband and father, and a very kind person who will be fondly remembered by his loving family. He was a member of Nashville Holiness Church. "The Eternal God is thy refuge and underneath are the everlasting arms." Deut.33:27 Survivors include his wife, Eva Conard of Nashville; a daughter and son-in- law, Victoria and Bill Wilkins of Sterling, VA; three sons and two daughters- in-law, Howard and Kathleen Conard of Woodbridge, VA, Craig and Tina Conard of Mitchell, IN, and Michael Warf of Nashville; a nephew and his spouse, David and Patty Stidham; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by a sister, Audrey White. A memorial service will be held on March 25 at 6 p.m. at Nashville Holiness Church, 404 Briarcliff Drive, Nashville, with Johnny Smith, pastor, officiating.
