 Lucy Alma Connell, 97, of Alapaha died January 25, 2010 at Berrien County 
Hospital.
 Born Sept. 1, 1912 in Berrien County to the late Simmie and Minnie McMillan 
King, she was a homemaker and member of Flat Creek Baptist Church. She was 
the widow of Henry Connell, who died in 1993.
 She is survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
 Funeral services were held Jan. 28 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Lovein 
Funeral Home with the Revs. Mickey Lindsey and Gary James officiating. 
"Beulah Land" and "Winging My Way Back Home" were played on CD.
 Interment was in Flat Creek Cemetery.
 Pallbearers were James King, Lamar King, Travis King, Simmie King, Kenneth 
King, Tommy King, Paul King, Johnny King, Bertha King, Mary Alice McGee, 
Janice Howze, Anita Nix.
 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
