Born July 5, 1912 in Berrien Co. to the late W. Jack and Nancy Faircloth Cook, he was a retired farmer and attended Poplar Springs Missionary Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Frankie Corbitt Cook of Nashville; one daughter, Helen Griner of Nashville; one daughter in law, Avy Cook of Nashville; two granddaughters, Peggy Jo Wilson, Macon and Pam Griner, Fayetteville. Funeral services were held Dec. 27 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Revs. Bill Watson and Junior Swain officiating. Interment was in Westview Cemetery. Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
