 Frankie Cook, 99, of Nashville died October 14, 2013, at Berrien Nursing 
Center.
 Born July 13, 1914, in Clinch County to the late Jack D. and Georgiann Guest 
Corbitt, she was a homemaker and member of Cross Creek Baptist Church. She was 
preceded in death by her husband, Eulis Jackson “Dood” Cook; son and daughter-
in-law, Bobby Jack and Avy Cook; son-in-law, John Albert Griner.
 She is survived by a daughter, Helen Griner of Nashville; two granddaughters, 
Peggy Jo (David) Keys and Pam Griner; four great-grandchildren, Beth (Brandon) 
Yeomouns, Heath Wilson, Rachael Wilson and Kate Wilson; five great-great-
grandchildren.
 A graveside service was held October 17 at 11 a.m. at Westview Cemetery with 
the Revs. Bill Watson and Mark Swain officiating.
 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
