 Gerald Crews, 61, of Nashville died February 25, 2014, at Tift Regional medical 
Center.
 He was born April 5, 1952, to the late Jerry Lee and Clara Mae Heaton Crews.
 Survivors include his wife, Sandra Crews of Nashville; one daughter and son-in-
law, Adina and Glenn Luke of Nashville; one brother, Jerry Dan Heflin of 
Sylvester; two grandchildren, Luke Holland McDonald; nieces, Donna McLendon of 
Nashville, crystal Massey of Arizona, and Monica McLendon of Nashville; several 
nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Herman Lee Crews 
and Billy Edward Crews.
 A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 6 at 2 p.m. at Purvis 
Funeral Home with Rev. Vernon Hughes officiating.
 Purvis Funeral Home was in  charge of arrangements.
