The Berrien Press -- Henry Dales, 65, of Valdosta died May 1, 2006 at South 
Georgia Medical Center.
 Born April 23, 1942 in Berrien County to the late Dave and Lula Stone Dales, 
he was a retired farmer and later worked in lawn service. He was a member of 
Bemiss Road Baptist Church.
 Survivors include his wife, Virginia Ray Dales of Valdosta; three daughters 
and sons-in law, Marynell and Gregg Oliphani, Linda and Mike Paluszewski, and 
Diane and Dewayne Ray, all of Ray city; two sons and daughters-in-law, Johnny 
and Kimberly Dales of Ray City and Dewayne and Selina Dales of Tifton; one 
sister, Doris Gray of Alapaha; 11 grandchildren.
 Funeral services were held May 3 at 11 a.m. in the Lakeland Chapel of Music 
Funeral Services with Dr. Danny Edwards and Bro. James Cagle officiating.
 Interment was in Beaver Dam Cemetery.
 Music Funeral Services of Lakeland was in charge of arrangements.
