 Linda Gail Roberts Dalton, 64, of Alapaha passed away on September 25, 2014, at 
her home from a courageous battle with lung cancer.
 She was born August 31, 1950, in Hahira to the late John W. Warren and 
Elizabeth “Betty” Ann Cole Warren Shelley. She was an LPN at Tift Regional 
Medical Center and worked with The Georgia Fuel Laboratory in Tifton before her 
retirement.
 Survivors include her loving husband, Larry Dalton of Alapaha; two sons, Danny 
L. Roberts and his wife, April of Nashville and Jason W. Roberts of Montezuma; 
three grandchildren, Austin, Justin and Allison Roberts; sister and brother-in-
law, Glenda and David Drawdy of Tifton; one nephew, one niece, several aunts and 
cousins, and a host of other family members and friends.
 A private service was held on September 27 in the Tift Memorial Gardens 
Mausoleum Chapel with entombment following the service, Dr. Danny Ray officiated 
the service.
