Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home. The Rev. Clarence Luke will officiate. Burial will follow at Long Bridge Cemetery. Visitation will be held after 5 p.m. today with the family receiving friends from 7-9 p.m. tonight at Lovein Funeral Home. Born March 11, 1916, in Cook County, Mrs. Skinner was preceded in death by her two husbands, June Dampier and John A. Skinner. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Skinner is survived by four daughters, Thelma Gray of Jacksonville, FL, Margaret Bradford of Naylor, Mary Gray of Nashville and Carolyn Rewis of Adel; one stepdaughter, Dorothy Fania of Lakeland; three sons, Jimmy Dampier of Atlanta, Larry Skinner of Nashville, Daniel Skinner of Lakeland; four stepsons, Elder Robert Skinner of Lakeland, J. S. Skinner and Kenneth Skinner both of Nashville and Leon Skinner of Homerville; two sisters, Isabell Sweat of Blackshear and Martha Smith of Orlando, FL; 44 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
