Born February 8, 1918 in Wamega Co., Kansas to the late Robert Coleman and Mary Viola Ault Shiflett, she was a homemaker and member of Nashville Ward Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Survivors include her husband, Thomas James Davis of Nashville; one daughter, Cheryl Loretta Gagon of Cave Creek, AZ; three sons, Marvin Davis of Salt Lake City, UT, John James Davis of Springfield, MO, Thomas Grant Davis of UT; 14 brothers and sisters, 16 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, four great- great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held April 10 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with Tommy Spikes and Callis Spikes officiating. The congregation sang "Come Ye Saints" and "God Be With You Till We Meet Again," accompanied by Cheryl Spikes. Interment was in Little Utah Cemetery in Atkinson County. Pallbearers were Greg May, Marvin Davis, John Davis, Gary Gagon, Kenneth Davis, Larry Davis. Honorary pallbearers were Virgil Bennett, Bruce White, Carol May. Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
