Maxie Nell Burnsed Davis, 77 of McClenny, FL, died Tuesday, October 7, at her 
home.
 She was born September 28, 1937, to the late Willie and Alice Mae Burnsed in 
Cook County. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Bill Davis 
and one daughter, Stacey Ann.
 She is survived by three daughters, Debra (Jim) Bell of Hampton, VA, Barbie 
Fletcher of Jacksonville, FL and Jennie (John) Baskin of McClenny; son, Mike 
Davis of Jacksonville, FL; 12 grandchildren, Jamie (Michelle) Bell, Rebekah 
(Jon) Susa, James Fletcher, Stacey Fletcher, Mark Fletcher, Megan Davis, Janelle 
Davis, Brenton Davis, Stephen Fletcher, Evan Baskin, Garrett Baskin and Alyssa 
Baskin; 12 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
 Services were held Friday, October 10, 2014, at Evangel Temple Assembly of God 
in Florida. The Revs. Jerry Baldree, Ron Johnson, Eddie Griffith and pastor 
Garry Wiggins officiated. Graveside remarks were made by Pastor Jamie Bell.
 Interment was in Poplar Springs Baptist Church Cemetery, Nashville.
 Giddens-Reed Funeral Home of Baldwin, FL was in charge of arrangements.
