The Berrien Press -- Emily M. Dawkins, 87, of Tallahassee, FL, died Sept 1, 
2006.
 Born in Berrien County, she was a long-time Tallahassee resident where she 
was a member of Parkway Baptist Church, a former Sunday School teacher, and 
Den Mother for the Cub Scouts. She will be remembered by all who knew her as a 
loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.
 Survivors include her husband, E. T. Dawkins of Tallahassee, sons, Terry 
Michael Dawkins and wife, Cyndy of Jacksonville, and David Alan Dawkins and 
wife, Tami of Tallahassee; sister, Ruby M. Rutherford of Douglas; brother, 
Carl Raymond McMillan of Atlanta; three grandchildren, Michael Scot Dawkins, 
Eric Alan Dawkins and Rachel Lynn Dawkins.
 A graveside service was held Sept. 4 at 1 p.m. in Westview Cemetery in 
Nashville with Rev. Rick Williams officiating.
 Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home of Tallahassee was in charge of arrangements.
