Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the chapel of Lovein F Funeral Home, with the Rev. Pete Jones and the Rev. Becky King officiating. B Burial will follow at Pine Ridge Cemetery. Memorials are requested to the Pine Ridge Cemetery Fund, 10319 Enigma-Nashville Highway, Alapaha, GA 31622. Born Feb. 12, 1928, in Cook County, Mr. Dorminey was the son of J.W. Dorminey and Alda Hall, both deceased. A Navy veteran of World War II, he was a retired farmer and was associated for many years with the M.E. Perry Co. and Dickson International. Survivors include his wife, Lorene Tyson Dorminey of Enigma; two daughters, Rhonda (Tommy) King and Lori Dorminey, both of Enigma; two sons, Gary (Ann) Dorminey of Enigma and Keith Dorminey of Alpharetta; two brothers, A.J. Dorminey of Nashville and Harold Dorminey of Brooks; two sisters, Faye Nix of Nashville and Glenda Collins of Valdosta; seven grandchildren and two great Nashville Highway, Alapaha, GA 31622.
