Born August 14, 1921 in Polk Co., FL to the late William Riley and Thannie Delia Dortin Douglas, he was a retired general contractor. He was a Navy veteran of WWII and was married to the late Lillian Jemima Singletary Douglas. Survivors include daughter, Reva Folk of Ocala, FL; six sons, Donald Douglas and Ronald Douglas, both of Lakeland, FL, Ronnie Douglas of Auburndale, FL, Lonnie Douglas of Winter Haven, FL, Tony Douglas and Dean Douglas both of Nashville; 14 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren. The family has honored his request for cremation. Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
