 Dorothy Rowan Drake, 89, of Nashville died April 21, 2013 at her residence.
 She was born May 7, 1923 in Berrien County to the late John Cornelius and Lena 
Belle Outlaw Rowan. She was a homemaker, volunteer for Berrien Nursing Center 
and member of Nashville First Baptist Church. She was the widow of Robert G. 
Drake who died in 1988 and was also preceded in death by a brother, Donald 
Rowan; sister, Frances Griffin, and a son-in-law, Johnny Dismuke.
 She is survived by two daughters, Gail Dismuke of Statesboro and Diana (Chuck) 
Moore of Nashville; son, John Robert Drake of Key West, FL; two sisters, Helen 
Rhodes of Tucker and Patricia Ford of Spartanburg, SC; eight grandchildren and 
six great-grandchildren.
 Funeral services were held April 24 at 2 p.m. at Nashville First Baptist 
Church with the Revs. Stanley Luke and Billy Southerland officiating.
 Interment following at Long Bridge Cemetery.
 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
