Funeral services will be held at the Church of God of Prophecy at 4:00pm Sunday with Rev. C. S. Pennington and Rev. Don Kinsey conducting the services. Interment will be in the Tifton Cemetery. Pallbearers will be members of the church, T. J. Yawn, Frank Clark, Tom Walker, Gene Walker, W. W. Walker, and Ed Walker. Mrs. Duggan was born Nov. 27, 1888 in Cochran. She was the daughter of Frank Hopson and Martha Howell Hopson. Her church membership was at the Church of God of Prophecy. She has been a resident of Tift County for 30 years, coming here from Berrien County. Surviving Mrs. Duggan are her husband, Noley A. Duggan; four sons, Ralph, Folkston, Paul, Seattle, Wash., Arthur, Douglas, and Ollie, Tifton; four daughters, Mrs. Hattie Maude Langley, Tifton, Mrs. Irene Lloyd, Folkston, Mrs. Dorothy Parker, Tifton, and Mrs. Laura Frances Parrish, Jacksonville, Fla.; two brothers, Johnnie Hopson, Miami and George Hopson, Adel; and two sisters, Mrs. Mattie Whitley, Fitzgerald and Mrs. Lizzie Hobbs. She has one daughter, Mrs. Annie Potts who died in 1950. Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals will be in charge of arrangements.
