                 Rev. Noley Duggan Dies: Service Set Wednesday
 Funeral services for the Rev. Noley Alford Duggan of 313 Alder Street, who 
died unexpectedly at his home Monday, will be held Wednesday at 3pm at the 
Church of God of Prophecy in Tifton.
 The Rev. Daryl W. Patterson will officiate with burial to follow in the 
Oakridge Cemetery.
 Born June 23, 1880 in Berrien County(Now Tift County), the Rev. Duggan was the 
son of John Benjamin Duggan and Sarah Jane Elizabeth Keel Duggan. He was a 
member of the Church of God of Prophecy.
 His first wife, Mrs. Fannie M. Hopson Duggan, died in 1955.
 Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Annie Vera Ring Duggan; four sons, Ralph 
Duggan, Folkston, Arthur and Ollie Duggan, Jacksonville, Fla., and Paul Duggan 
of Seattle, Wash.; four daughters, Mrs. Tom Carlton, Norman Park, Mrs. Bill 
Lloyd, Folkston, Mrs. James Parrish, Marysville, Calif., and Mrs. Sherman 
Parker Jr., Poulan; one brother, Willis Duggan, Willacoochee; one sister, Mrs. 
Alice Boykin, Winter Haven, Fla.; 28 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 3 
step-daughters, Mrs. Juanita Register, Opelika, Ala., Mrs. Evon White, Gohanna, 
Ohio, and Mrs. Wallace Driskell, Tifton; 6 step-sons, Edward Ring, Fitzgerald, 
Perry Ring, Jacksonville, Fla., Monroe Ring, Fitzgerald, Donald Ring, Manassas, 
Va., Milton Ring, Orlando, Fla., and Herbert Ring, Washington, DC.
 The body will remain at the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals until 
the hour of services.
