 Ronald Paul Exum, 56, of Valdosta, died June 8, 2014, at his residence.
 He was born April 19, 1958, in Berrien County to Ernestine Hall Exum of 
Brookfield and the late Paul Junior Exum. He was a truck driver, a member of 
Hope Baptist Church and President of Ashley House Tenant Association for three 
years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Groves Exum and two 
brothers, Vernon Exum and Talmadge Exum.
Survivors, in addition to his mother, include three sisters, Sarah (Tommy) 
Sumner of Brookfield, Carolyn Verenakis of Brookfield, and Linda Browning of 
Valdosta; brother, James (Donna) Exum of Hahira; several nieces and nephews; 
special friend, Martha Gay of Valdosta.
 Funeral services will be held June 11 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Lovein 
Funeral Home with the Rev. Billy Sumner officiating.
 Interment will follow in the Riverside Cemetery. Visitation is Tuesday from 7-9 
p.m.
 Lovein Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
