 Donald Howard "Don" Flowers, 59, of Cairo died December 25, 2011 at the 
Georgia War Veterans Home in Milledgeville.
 Born September 2, 1952 in Adel to Emma Jean Powers Lewis and the late 
George Howard Flowers. he was employed as an administrator with numerous 
hospitals. He was of the Baptist faith and a veteran of the United States 
Navy.
 Survivors, in addition to his mother, include his mother, include his 
daughter, Kellie Flowers of Nashville, TN; his sister, Nelda (Curtis) Davis 
of Nashville; special Aunt and uncle, Eva Nell and Sherwood King of 
Nashville; two nephews, Craig (Rebecca) Davis and Clay (Andrea) Davis, all 
of Alapaha; great-niece, Sarah, two great-nephews, Key and Chance.
 A memorial service will be held Sunday, January 15 at 11 a.m. at the 
Nashville Community Center.
 Lovein Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
