 Erin Kaye Fore, 31, of Nashville died August 25, 2008 at Langdale Hospice 
House.
 She was born Feb. 15, 1977 in Duval Co., FL to Debra Dewitt Cousart of 
Nashville and the late Nick Chittum. She was a homemaker and member of 
Nashville First Baptist Church.
 She is survived by her husband, Michael Fore of US Air Force Korea; three 
daughters, Kalley Fore, Tori Parr, Cheyenne Fore, all of Nashville; mother and 
stepfather, Debra and Alex Cousart, Nashville; brother, Shawn Chittum, 
Valdosta; maternal grandmother and step-grandfather, Dorothy and Wayne Monson, 
Reliance, S.D. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her 
daughter, Danielle Elizabeth Ingram.
 Funeral services were held on Aug. 30 at 11 a.m. at Nashville First Baptist 
Church with the Rev. Stanley Luke officiating. Appropriate music was provided.
 Interment was in Flat Creek Cemetery.
 Pallbearers were John Strickland, Walt Warren, Paul Hamilton, Wayne Johnson, 
Buck Warren, Daniel Jackson.
 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
