Born August 25, 1933 in Clinton Co., NY, to the late Harry F. and Stella Violet Hayes Mooney, she was a homemaker and retired machinist with Georgia Pacific in Plattsburg, NY. She was of the Roman Catholic faith and was married to the late Ronald Edward Foss, Jr. Survivors include two daughters, Linda Romberger of Lakeland and Cheryl Foss of Clearwater, FL; four sons, Michael Liberty, Ronald Edward Ross, III, John Foss, Mark Foss, all of Nashville; two sisters, Betty Mooney Volker of Great Falls, MT and Dorothy Gorman of Morrisonville, NY; two brothers, Ross Mooney and Walter Mooney, both of West Chazy, NY; nine grandchildren, three great- grandchildren. Funeral services were held October 17 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with Rev. James Cooper officiating. Interment was in Nashville Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers were Kenny Stone, Shawn Hall, Ronnie Skinner, Jason Governatori, Leroy Griffin, Mike Hawkins. Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
