He was born Aug. 29, 1939, in Coushman, Ark., to the late O.P. and Elsy Dixon F Fulbright. He was preceded in death by three brothers, E.J., Bobby Charles, and J Jimmy Jean Fulbright. He was a steel worker in Gary, IN, retiring after 33 y years. He was a member of the National Humane Society. Survivors include his devoted wife, Ruby Denby Fulbright; four daughters and three sons-in-law, Leisa Hall of Arkansas, Tina French and Benny Shute of Belfast, MA, Teresa French and Thomas Zorn and Karen French and Michael Paige, all of Lake Park; two sons and daughter-in-law, Dexter French of Nashville, Sean and Sherry French of Lake Park; special grandson, Jermey Chesser and special great-granddaughter, Dawson Chesser; seven other grandchildren, five great-grandchildren. A graveside memorial service was held Feb. 18 at 2 p.m. at Nashville Memorial Gar Gardens. Music Funeral Services of Lakeland was in charge of arrangements.
